Making “A New Passport”

I tried to make a new passport last week since my old one is getting void due to next month. I don’t even know why this picture appears horizontally. I uploaded it as vertical image, once the upload is done, the picture is uploaded as you can see below here. Anyway.. This is the application paper

Yes.. i need to wait another week to get the new passport. Here you might be able to see, they made a hole on the old passport telling that the old passport is void.
